Since our customers come from everywhere in the world, we have warehouses in most areas that we sell to. That way, we can handle shipping and returns seamlessly!

ROTARYLOVE SHIPPING PROCESS

99% of our parts ship directly from Japan to your address. We only use AIR shipping. The slowest mail we use is 7-10 business days and, most of the time, we use EMS 3-5 days express. We don’t like to make our customers wait for the postman to arrive, so we always ship using a fast method.

Customs & Duties

RotaryLove cannot declare shipment values lower than the actual value of the goods purchased due to customs compliance and insurance requirements. Requests to undervalue shipments or misrepresent their contents cannot be accommodated.

All orders shipped to the USA and Canada are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). You will never receive a bill for duties, tariffs or taxes when your package arrives. Most products already include these fees in the displayed price. If an item's price has not been updated yet, we will email you the exact extra amount before processing the order, and you can approve it or cancel at no cost. For shipments outside the USA and Canada, RotaryLove is not responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country unless DDP is purchased before the order is placed. We can also offer DDP to most other countries for customers who want all-inclusive pricing with no extra fees at delivery. If you require DDP for a destination outside the USA or Canada, please contact us BEFORE placing your order so we can provide a quote.
